Overall rating
We had a wonderful 11-day stay while in the area for a surgical procedure at Seattle Children’s Hospital. The location was very convenient and made a stressful time much easier for our family. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms was a huge plus. The living area and kitchen offered plenty of space, and we appreciated the oven, enough towels, and private parking. Allen was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. A few minor notes: kitchen counter space and grocery storage are limited, and the fridge is small, but a grocery store is just minutes away. Temperature is controlled upstairs, and light footsteps can be heard, though it didn’t bother us. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. Also a quite neighborhood to walk around on a nice sunny day. Highly recommended!
It was a private little house, was a bit confused on basic seasonings, there wasn’t any, but didn’t bug me too much. Host was fast to respond when I needed something or had a question. Super sweet. Place was clean, instructions were pretty clear. I loved the stay, would definitely stay again!

I'll start by saying- Allen was a wonderful host! He provided clear instructions and responded to questions and concerns quickly and professionally. The home was roomy and clean and the neighborhood felt very safe with lots of good restaurants within 5 mins driving.\n\nThat said, we were here a little over a month and I'm not sure I would recommend for long term stay. The garbages provided were the size of bathroom trash bins, heat is controlled by the upstairs tenants, the fridge is on the smaller side making grocery shopping a little more difficult and there is limited cleaning supplies. \n\nWe ended up supplying our own garbage can, cleaning supplies (broom, swiffer, etc), pans for cooking (only pots were provided), and spices. The twin beds in the guest room were pretty awful as well, so I would keep that in mind if a comfy bed is important to you!\n\nAll in all, it served its purpose for us, but Allen being such a great host really was the best part. Thanks, Allen!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- STAYOO will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — STAYOO will match it.
