A cozy, comfortable space and was just as described and as pristine as the photos looked. I absolutely appreciated the privacy and Allens accommodations to our stay. We were able to check in earlier and later as requested (small fee may apply, but well worth it). Very good neighborhood and walkable to nearby stores, easy access to public transit. Right down the street from the river. Nice scenery. Felt very safe. Renton is a wonderful area. \nThe weather ran a bit too cold for me when I landed in Washington, and Allen was able to adjust the unit's temperature and also had a plug in heater. I very much appreciated the responsiveness. Well stocked space w all the necessities. \nThank you so much! Hope to be able to stay here again :)
Gave it 3 stars only because of Allen being always responsive and accomedating but the actual unit doesnt deserve this much at all. Heres why: 1- The roof is alot lower in certain areas of the house. You would be walking straight until you forget you are in a unit with a really low roof and knock your head. 2- Theres a crackpot but no microwave lol 3- Coffee machine is weird, they provide pods but the machine doesnt actually take pods. And there are no glasses or cups to drink the coffee (am sure they would provide some if I asked tho) 4- The couch is extremely uncomfortable. 5- The unit doesnt have its own thermostat. Meaning, you have to live with whatever temperature the upper tenants decide. I would go for their upper unit as it is much more nicer.
Allen was super friendly and communicated lots. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- STAYOO will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
