We enjoyed our time in this wonderful home- we were especially attracted to the privacy and well kept outdoor space it offered. The house is stocked with everything needed for everyday living, which was very convenient. The lower level where all the bedrooms are was nice and cool for sleeping. House is in a great location- at end of street & nearby parks are very accessible via walking if you have little ones. Allen was exceptional as a host- very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The only negative was the monthly rent was very expensive but we were on short notice to book a place due to medical relocation and we knew that having privacy and an outdoor space would be healing during our time in Seattle so that part made it worth it. Thank you for letting us stay at your house!
Allen's place was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. It was located in a very quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood. It was very clean and well stocked with all types of amenities in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Allen was very responsive to our questions and requests. We discovered that the AC downstairs had a dirty filter the day we arrived. Allen sent someone late that night to clean it. We greatly enjoyed staying at Allen's place and will highly recommend it!

The abnb was exactly as described nestled in a peaceful neighborhood by the high school and perfect setting for our family reunion. Loved the spacious upstairs kitchen, living room and dining room where the family gathered for meals. I’ve never seen a kitchen at abnb that was so well stocked with dishes, wine glasses, utensils etc. They had everything you needed and more. Difficult to find a 4 bedroom and 4 bath. Each bedroom was comfortable and had a desk. All bedroom were in basement. Basement also had small kitchen and dining table as well as sitting area. Tons of extra towels and a laundry room as well. Our family was very comfortable here and felt right at home. Host was very responsive and answered every question I had.

My family stayed at Allen's property for a longer stay. The house had enough space to comfortably accommodate 8 adults but with fewer in our family, the house still felt warm and welcoming. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook family dinners and spend time together. Location at end of cul-de-sac made for a peaceful stay on the island while still being quick to get to the Eastside and Seattle. Allen was near-instantaneously responsive at all hours of the day and night to inquiries we had. If we need a place to stay in the Mercer Island or Bellevue area, we would definitely look to stay here again. Thanks Allen.
It is a lovely quiet home, right at the end of a dead end street. We were a group of 7 people and found it quite spacious

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- STAYOO will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
