One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had, if not the best. The home was spacious and comfortable with a lot to do for our family (games and a pool table)! Views from the deck are beautiful. The AC worked great on hot days. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to beautiful parks, grocery store, and restaurants. Allen was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. Just can’t say enough good things about Allen and the house itself. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!
This was a great home during a difficult 2 months for our family. Allen was kind and responsive. We loved the amount of space the home offered, a great living room for our 9 month old daughter to play, and amazing parks and running trails right out the front door making it easy to get outside for stroller walks. The view and location is one of a kind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet, and calm place to stay. Thank you Allen and team!

This location is a gem! The home is stunning and provides privacy and a sanctuary for you and your guests. I had a horrible experience with a DIFFERENT Seattle Airbnb host and had to immediately pivot into another residence. ALLEN and his home was the blessing we needed to continue with our trip. Easy check in process and very responsive. The home is a great getaway. We had a beautiful time in the area.
This is a great place to stay if you have a family! The kids loved the pool table and we loved the location!
Nos sentimos como en casa, el Sr. Allen respondía a todas nuestras dudas y siempre estaba al pendiente, le hice muchas preguntas y todas las respondió con amabilidad. La casa preciosa, realmente mi familia y yo, disfrutamos mucho la casa. Pudimos convivir en familia muy contentos. Estuvimos del 26 de Dic. al 2 de Enero. Si volvemos a Seattle nos gustaría quedarnos de nuevo en la casa del Sr. Allen. 100 por ciento recomendable.
We had a great time staying here over Christmas - for us it was a great location to catch up with friends. The house was very clean and well equipped and the pool table was put to good use. Was great to be able to walk to Pioneer Park and Starbucks.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- STAYOO will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
