Greatly enjoyed our stay!
We stayed here for 6 days in late December/early January, and the place was spacious enough for 4 adults. Parking on the street was easy, and the home was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay.\n\nThe washer and dryer worked very well and were large enough to handle a big load of clothes, which was really convenient. The heating was excellent especially appreciated during the cold and rainy weather and the vent system on the floor kept the place warm and cozy.\n\nThe only downside, which was clearly disclosed in the listing description, is the OUTSIDE NOISE it was a lot and very noticeable. The property is on a VERY BUSY street and next to an airport, so you do hear a lot of traffic and plane noise. When large planes fly by, the windows can rumble, and they are not soundproof/double pane. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs are a good idea.\n\nOverall, it’s a decent place, and I would stay here again.

Great communication and clean space. The only downfall was the busy road. It was so loud hearing cars and aircraft continuously through the night.
Probably the best host I’ve ever encounter on this app. For people who are new to Washington, I would recommend someone as thoughtful and responsive as Allen. The property is beautiful. It rained most of the time so I didn’t see the rooftop but I’m sure it had a stunning view. The kitchen has all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. The neighborhood was very quiet despite being on the street. I never had any issues with parking either. Overall a great experience. Beautiful home and an amazing host.
Quaint and clean
This place is 15-20 minutes away from the airport!! Exactly how it’s described. The place was clean, full size kitchen and 2 full restrooms . There’s no AC in 2 bedrooms but it’s described in the description before you booked so we had no surprises! Our host was attentive quick to respond to questions we had. I enjoyed my stay, I would definitely stay again and I recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay during your visit.
The airbnb is located on a busy street and for it to be located on a busy stree, It's extremely quiet. Everything was organized throughout the house, especially the kitchen, everything was labeled.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- STAYOO will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
